Job summary

Vitan Equipment in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to help customers identify and procure the right parts for work orders. You will manage inventory in the parts warehouse, assist technicians, and process orders using multiple online catalogs.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, fulfilling orders, handling calls and counter customers, and supporting continuous operations. Prior experience and comfort with MS Office are valued for efficient catalog navigation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Customer-focused approach to daily operations.
• Ability to navigate multiple online parts catalogs.
• Proficient with learning online systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers to identify and procure the correct parts for work orders.
• Inventory control in the parts warehouse.
• Work with technicians to complete and close work requests and orders.
• Research and order requested parts using different websites and catalogs.
• Help with receiving parts, stocking, and fulfillment of orders.
• Assist with incoming calls and counter customers when needed.
• Remove and stock items off vehicles.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
