Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Experience in handling inventory and purchasing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide parts to customers and the service department from our inventory.
• Provide estimates to customers and service department.
• Look up parts using computer systems.
• Create purchase orders & communicate with vendors for non-stock parts.
• Create & send out sales orders for parts sales.
• Assistance in maintaining parts inventory.
• Assist with processing invoices.
