Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and stock incoming parts and materials.
• Track part usage and update inventory records in real-time.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and clean parts storage areas.
• Monitor low stock levels and assist in reordering.
• Assist with placing orders for parts and shop supplies.
• Communicate with vendors to check availability, pricing, and lead times.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and returns.
• Maintain accurate purchase order and invoice documentation.
• Issue parts to mechanics and accurately record usage.
• Assist with tool tracking and basic shop supply inventory.
• Support maintenance team by locating and staging parts for scheduled repairs.
• Provide status updates on backordered or special-order parts.
• Maintain data accuracy in TMT or other maintenance software.
• File and organize part receipts, warranties, and vendor records.
• Assist with monthly inventory reporting and audits.
• Help generate inventory usage reports for management.
