Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers in Duluth, GA is seeking an Inventory Control & Expeditor to join our parts team. You will check in parts, reconcile receiving with packing slips, and ensure pricing accuracy. You’ll prepare parts for sale, stock inventory, and manage ordering, rebates, and invoicing for OEMs.

The role requires strong communication, math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidates should be dependable with good attendance in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid math and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Reliability, dependability and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips and verify pricing accuracy.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
• Stock inventory and organize shelves; rotate stock.
• Process rebates monthly and code OEM invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain scanned records of dealership and OEM invoices.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts.
• Ship parts to assigned locations and complete purchase orders.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders; follow up with vendors.
• Coordinate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers on transfers.
• Manage core from core credit to returns and related processes.
