Nextran Truck Centers in Duluth, GA is seeking an Inventory Control & Parts Expeditor to ensure parts flow from receipt to sale. You will check in parts, reconcile receiving with packing slips, prepare parts for sale, stock inventory and verify dealer net prices.

You will also process invoices, coordinate with OEMs, ship parts to locations, and complete purchase orders while tracking orders for counter sales and repair orders.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Reliable, dependable with good attendance.
• High School Diploma or higher preferred.

Responsabilités

• Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and that pricing is accurate.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
• Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
• Process, file and code all rebates monthly.
• Review and code invoices from OEM to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure dealership and OEM invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received.
• Ship parts to assigned locations.
• Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders, follow up with vendors as necessary.
• Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations.
• Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
