Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Two or more years of inventory control or parts management experience.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory control system to maintain stock levels within budget.
• Receive and label inventory; keep storage area organized.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile stock.
• Maintain aged inventory, collections, and returns; conduct audits on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Order parts via internal system; obtain vendor quotes and evaluate price and availability.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor repair orders; resolve disputes.
• Ensure received products meet PO specifications and adhere to policies.
