Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• At least 1 year in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designee for inventory, parts ordering, and receiving.
• Processing of Purchase Orders and Supplier Invoices.
• Record received parts into inventory.
• Oversee parts obsolescence.
• Manage warranty shipments and returns to vendors.
• Maintain organized parts room.
