Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Parts Coordinator I to oversee parts ordering, receiving, cataloging and inventory at a single location. You will process purchase orders and vendor payments, ensuring the right parts from the right vendors and maintaining stock levels to maximize customer uptime.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel is preferred; travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Word and Excel for daily tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee parts ordering, receiving, cataloging and inventory at a single location.
• Process purchase orders and supplier invoices; reconcile inventory.
• Ensure correct parts from the right vendors and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain organized parts room and support warranty/return processes.
