Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Parts Coordinator at our Salt Lake City, UT location. You will oversee parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory, and reconciliation, while processing POs and supplier payments to ensure the right parts are sourced from the right vendors.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED is required.
• 1 year or more in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Primary designee for conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving.
• Processing of Purchase Orders and Supplier Invoices.
• Ensure Parts Received are properly recorded into inventory.
• Overseeing parts obsolescence.
