Allegheny Control Products is seeking an organized Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, records, and shipping operations at our St. Clairsville, OH location.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment while supporting efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with procurement and shipping to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and basic computer skills are required.
• No experience required is acceptable for entry-level candidates.
• 1-2 years warehouse/inventory control experience is a plus.
• Valid forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments with proper documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering with branch manager.
• Oversee storage/organization for quick retrieval and efficient space use.
• Ensure safety regulations and warehouse standards are followed.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and prepare items for shipment.
• Enter inventory data into QuickBooks and generate reports.
• Communicate with procurement, sales and shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Investigate discrepancies and take corrective actions.
