Job summary

Theuniversityunion is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Coordinator in Columbus, OH to manage receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping of parts. You will ensure accurate fulfillment for customer and internal orders, maintaining organized warehouse operations and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in warehouse-related roles, basic computer skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or parts-related experience.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities and product condition against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Label and put away inventory in designated storage locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management or ERP system.
• Pick parts accurately according to customer orders or transfer requests.
• Pack orders securely and prepare shipping documentation.
