Job summary

Power Equipment Company is seeking a parts associate to provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with a variety of parts needs. The role involves daily warehouse tasks, order prep, and stock maintenance.

Responsibilities include deliveries, inventory control, and coordinating with Parts/Warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations. Strong communication and basic math are required; forklift inspection and safety are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in shipping/receiving or warehouse environment.
• Heavy equipment industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic math skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling material packing boxes.
• Places orders in delivery area for shipment and maintains records of activities.
• Identify damages, lost, or surplus materials stored in the warehouse.
• Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to customer locations.
• Maintains lift truck by completing preventive maintenance inspection sheets.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing receipts.
• Stock merchandise racks; match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute.
