Estes Express Lines in Sun Valley, CA is seeking a warehouse parts coordinator responsible for inventory, ordering parts, and processing invoices. You will pickup parts in the company vehicle and maintain accurate counts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with inventory/parts, a valid driver's license, and strong basic computer and math skills. You will work with management, mechanics, vendors, and corporate fleet services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• Experience in inventory/parts and/or trucking preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Good computer/keying and basic math skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift approximately 70 lbs.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and meet deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Performs scheduled parts inventory.
• Orders parts as needed and processes related paperwork.
• Completes computer entry and reviews invoices.
• Picks up parts from vendors using company vehicle.
• Maintains accurate parts count and supports fleet services team.
• Regular attendance and safety compliance.
