Job summary

Velocity Vehicle Group's Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing division seeks a Parts Coordinator to manage branch parts and tire inventories and support sales, service, and operations.

The role requires 1+ year of parts/inventory and administrative experience, strong attention to detail, MS Word/Excel proficiency, and bilingual abilities are a plus; the position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of parts/inventory management experience.
• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask and maintain accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a customer-service focus.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify parts deliveries and reconcile with delivery receipts or invoices.
• Receive deliveries in Fleet Management System.
• Create new parts profiles or copy profiles in inventory.
• Print labels, label parts, and shelve small parts; large parts handled by others.
• Contact third-party vendors, obtain and process invoices for service management.
• Perform inventory counts and enter counts into the system.
• Maintain a safe and clean parts and tire area.
• Assist with rental operations: bookings, coordinating units, insurance validation, and rental contracts.
