Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers is hiring for an Inventory Control & Parts Expeditor in Duluth, GA. As part of our parts team, you will check in parts, reconcile receiving with packing slips, and ensure accurate pricing. You will prepare parts for sale, stock inventory, and manage OEM invoices.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and pricing is accurate.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
• Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
• Process, file and code all rebates monthly.
• Review and code invoices from OEM to ensure accuracy.
• Scan and maintain dealership and OEM invoices properly.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received.
• Ship parts to assigned locations.
• Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders; follow up with vendors as necessary.
• Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations.
• Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
