Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in North Carolina is seeking an Installer Service Specialist, a seasoned parts professional who serves professional customers at the installer counter and oversees delivery-crew activities to ensure accurate, timely orders.

You will develop sales relationships with installers, guide orders by phone and online, and coordinate delivery to keep customers satisfied while maintaining vehicle and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over phone and online, invoice and direct parts to delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure timely orders.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and record daily mileages.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers to provide service.
• Verify warranties and cores are billed before checkout.
• Handle core/warranty returns promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and proper tagging.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Assist with backroom duties and labor claims.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
