The role supports inventory control and smooth material flow between facilities.

You will gather data for weekly schedules, assist with cycle counts, and communicate with Production, Parts, Shipping, and other departments to resolve scheduling and parts availability issues.

• Basic computer skills are required to use inventory and scheduling systems.
• Ability to read and use a measuring tape for parts verification.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities are needed.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills are important for cross‑department coordination.
• Must be able to manage multiple work orders and priorities.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting parts up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the parts schedule based on production priorities.
• Receive orders and coordinate pulling of parts according to paperwork.
• Bag and organize work orders for production run lists.
• Prepare weekly schedule updates with accurate data.
• Pull parts from the plant warehouse and verify quantities and part numbers.
• Package, crate, and load parts for shipment or distribution.
• Track raw parts moving between facilities and coordinate transfers.
• Ensure outgoing inventory is properly documented and accounted for.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
