K&M Tire in Delphos, Ohio, seeks a Product Manager for Parts & Equipment to grow sales and deepen knowledge of our products and customers.

The role drives growth by expanding parts and equipment sales, retaining and acquiring customers, coordinating training, maintaining pricing accuracy, and collaborating with management and the sales team. You will create product flyers, oversee website content for easier navigation, and ensure professional, solution-focused customer service.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of management experience.
• Five years of sales experience.

Mansioni

• Increase Parts and Equipment Sales.
• Retain existing customers and acquire new customers.
• Knowledge of parts and equipment, products and programs available to customers.
• Create flyers to highlight products and programs; oversee website content; coordinate product and program training.
• Promote a team environment and work with management and sales teams.
• Ensure policies are followed and pricing/invoice accuracy is maintained.
• Provide product knowledge support and respond to technical/applications requests.
