Job summary

John Deere Parts Distribution - Supplemental Warehouse in Milan, IL is seeking a Supplemental Warehouse Worker to support parts picking, sorting, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced, safety‑driven team.

You will operate power‑driven equipment, read work instructions, maintain quality, and assist teammates. Starting pay is $20 per hour. Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, NCRC or 3 years of warehouse experience; ability to work varied shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. OR National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) OR 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform manual tasks for whole shift, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and sort parts within the warehouse and prepare for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other power-driven equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions and established procedures.
• Support team members and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
