Beard Equipment Company is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to support John Deere construction, forestry, and industrial equipment operations. The role focuses on receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping parts while maintaining organized inventory and a safe working environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate forklifts; previous warehouse or parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or parts experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.
• Pick, package, and stage parts for customer orders, service work, and branch transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle count activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
