Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Worker in Dallas, TX on second shift (1pm–7pm). You will pick and sort parts, prepare shipments, and operate forklifts in a non climate-controlled warehouse, prioritizing safety and teamwork.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and willingness to overtime as needed. At least a high school diploma or GED, plus NCRC or equivalent experience, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
• At least 3 years of manufacturing or warehouse work experience
• Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Ability and willingness to work 2ndshift potential overtime (including weekends).

Responsibilities

• Work in a warehouse environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Efficiently pick and sort parts within the warehouse, as well as prepare parts for shipment.
• Operate power driven equipment such as forklifts and industrial trucks to move material, parts, and equipment.
• Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.
• Assist and support other team members.
• Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.

This posting will be used to fill PART TIME openings on second shift (1pm - 7pm).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• At least 3 years of manufacturing or warehouse work experience
• Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
