Job summary

Heritage Tractor in Monmouth, IL is seeking a Full-Time Parts Associate responsible for selling, receiving and delivering parts and attachments, and delivering in-store customer service. You will assist with merchandise displays, fill online parts orders via the customer portal, and maintain inventory across office and warehouse environments.

The role requires a High School diploma and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
• Communicate and fill customer online parts orders via the customer portal
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
• Helps to keep parts department clean and orderly
• Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Lead
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Helps answer phones and address customer voicemails with urgency
• Support customer
• Other duties as assigned

Job Details: Job Location: Monmouth, IL 61462. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Salary Range: $22.00 - $30.00 hourly.

Purpose

Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and attachments. In addition, performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
• Communicate and fill customer online parts orders via the customer portal
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
