John Deere Parts Distribution in Milan, IL is seeking a Supplemental Warehouse Worker. You will perform warehouse tasks in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, including picking, sorting, and preparing parts for shipment.

You may operate forklifts and other equipment while following established procedures and supporting your team. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work various shifts, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. or NCRC or 3 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform manual tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability and willingness to work any shift and overtime (including Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Pick and sort parts in the warehouse.
• Prepare parts for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and industrial trucks to move material.
• Read and follow work instructions.
• Assist and support team members.
• Keep work area clean and perform other duties as needed.
