John Deere Parts Distribution - Supplemental Warehouse in Milan, IL is seeking a Supplemental Warehouse Worker to support parts picking, sorting, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced, safety‑driven team.

You will operate power‑driven equipment, read work instructions, maintain quality, and assist teammates. Starting pay is $20 per hour. Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, NCRC or 3 years of warehouse experience; ability to work varied shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. OR National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) OR 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform manual tasks for whole shift, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other power-driven equipment.

Primary Location: United States (US)- Illinois - Milan

As aSupplementalWarehouse Workerwith John Deere’s Parts Distribution Center (located in Milan, IL), you will play a critical role in providing our customers with high-quality John Deere products. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment where attention to quality and a commitment to safety are paramount. Warehouse work at John Deere is physically demanding and you will be expected to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of all work shifts.

Job details are dependent on duties assigned but in general consist of the following:

• Work in a warehouse environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Efficiently pick and sort parts within the warehouse, as well as prepare parts for shipment.
• Operate power driven equipment such as forklifts and industrial trucks to move material, parts, and equipment.
• Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.
• Assist and support other team members.
• Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.

Starting Pay:$20 / hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must haveat least oneof the following:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
  • At least3 yearsof manufacturing/warehouse work experience
• Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift - including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Ability and willingness to work any shift and potential overtime (including Saturdays).
