Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to professional customers. You will also collect returns, distribute sales flyers, and build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

You’ll upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value while keeping the store clean and stocked. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock and back room.
• Use inventory systems to track parts and stock levels.
