Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and help maintain stock and store cleanliness.

You will engage with customers to assess needs, upsell compatible products, and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while following safety and traffic rules. A valid license with a clean record is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read safety rules, catalogs and procedures.
• Basic math and driving/navigation competence required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pickup returns and cores; promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, including back stock and cycles.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts.
