O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers in a safe, efficient manner. You will also collect payments on COD deliveries, handle customer returns, and ensure secure handling of keys, devices, and monies.

Ideal candidates will have a valid state driver’s license and the ability to adapt to varying delivery scenarios while maintaining vehicle upkeep and following company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and inspect daily.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slip.
• Communicate issues to store management and report vehicle maintenance needs.
