Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate company vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers in a safe, efficient manner. You will collect COD payments, process deliveries, and handle customer returns while keeping vehicles clean and maintained.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to adapt to changing delivery scenarios. You may assist customers at times and perform stock/merchandising tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Process deliveries and collect COD payments; capture customer signatures.
• Maintain vehicles, perform daily inspections, and secure equipment and monies.
• Return processing: pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate customer issues to store management and report vehicle issues.
