Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers safely and efficiently. You will also collect COD payments and handle customer returns, with emphasis on accurate processing and secure handling of money and equipment.

In this role, bilingual candidates are encouraged, and you will use handheld devices for deliveries, inspections, and signatures while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company policy and have a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and money secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips; communicate issues to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or accidents to the store manager immediately.
• clock in/out per policy; assist with cashier duties or merchandising as needed.
