Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a dependable Driver to pick, stage and deliver automotive parts to professional customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will also handle returns, collect payments, and grow relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, using insights from deliveries to drive CPP initiatives. This role requires safe driving, strong communication, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory areas.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
