Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient service across MainStreet and National Pro accounts.

You will assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and support customers with product recommendations. The position requires physical ability and reliable navigation to serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
