Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

Daily collection of credit accounts and building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers are essential to provide CPP insights learned during deliveries. You will engage walk-in customers, assist in upselling, and maintain store cleanliness and stock.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• English communication skills required; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work varied days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
