Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers and walk-in shoppers. You will organize returns, promote current sales, and help grow loyalty program participation.

The role emphasizes safety, strong communication, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell. A valid driver's license and basic inventory knowledge are required; automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; stock and inventory duties as needed.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
