Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Driver who will pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to professional customers, build relationships with key accounts, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. This role requires maintaining inventory knowledge, assisting in upselling, and helping with store upkeep.

The position is customer-focused with emphasis on safety and accuracy. The driver will interact with walk-in customers, learn product lines, and support weekend and evening shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking duties as needed.
