Job summary

Talentify in Charleston, WV is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers and to handle returns and cores. You will also promote current sales and loyalty programs while collecting payments and maintaining accurate inventory knowledge.

Daily interaction with customers, upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring clean stores and organized back stock are essential. The role requires physical stamina and reliable driving.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation required.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, manuals and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock (floor, back stock, cycle counts).
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
