Job summary

Talentify in Seneca, SC is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns and cores, and drop off weekly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will maintain inventory, assist in upselling and cross-selling, and engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and upsell.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking; assist with returns.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Operate delivery board and inventory systems.
