Job summary

Talentify is seeking a customer-focused delivery driver to pick, stage, and deliver automotive parts to pro customers in Clover, SC. You will also handle returns, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and collect payments or credits where needed.

You will build relationships with key customers and support upselling while maintaining accurate inventories and a clean, safe work environment. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Read and interpret safety rules and product catalogs
• Use basic math for transactions and counts
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed
• Confidence engaging customers and promoting products
• Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
• Baseline knowledge of inventory and product arrivals to aid sales
