Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a proactive Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to professional customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will collect returns, support credit accounts, and upsell products to increase average transaction value.

You will maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and offer appropriate parts or services. A valid license and physical ability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
