Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers and manage daily credit accounts. You will engage with walk-in customers, promote sales, and assist with upselling to boost transaction value while keeping the store clean and stocked.

The role requires safe driving, basic inventory handling, and ability to work varied shifts, including weekends. English proficiency and a valid license are essential, with health and loyalty program perks included.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Read and interpret safety rules, catalogs, and manuals.
• Possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and basic stocking duties.
• Operate inventory systems and carry out cycle counts as needed.
