Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to professional customers and to assist in upselling products. You will engage with walk-in customers, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and maintain store inventory and cleanliness.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to work days/evenings/weekends, and strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and teammates. Automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Willing to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide insights to CPP.
