Job summary

Talentify in Burlington, NC is seeking a Driver/Delivery Associate to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will engage with walk-in customers, build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell products, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy. Must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Willingness to work flexible days/evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
