Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver in Wilmington, NC to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will build relationships, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and assist in upselling to increase transaction value.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and flexible availability including some evenings or weekends. Strong customer service and basic English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers safely and on time.
• Pickup returns and cores.
• Distribute sales flyers and promote sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect daily credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Stock inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Know product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
