Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Beaufort, SC seeks a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote sales while maintaining clean, organized facilities. You will build relationships with key Pro customers and support upselling and cross-selling to enhance value.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Walk-in customers needs assessment and upsell ability.
• Read safety rules, catalogs and manuals.
• Basic math for transactions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock including back stock
• Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend parts/services
• Other duties as assigned
