Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and communicate clearly with customers, peers and leadership.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals and parts catalogs.
• Use basic math for transactions and inventory tasks; be flexible with days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross‑selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk‑in customers to assess needs and suggest parts or services.
