Job summary

Talentify is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote sales programs. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and assist in upselling while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates speak English, have a high school diploma, and can read safety docs and catalogs. You will work days/evenings/weekends, handle credit collections, and learn product inventory to support sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus, communicate effectively and build relationships with customers, peers and leadership.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Confident in engaging customers and promoting products
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
