Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring delivery professionals to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will pick up returns, distribute sales flyers, and promote loyalty programs while collecting on credit accounts.

You will build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling products, and maintain cleanliness and stocked shelves. You’ll engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend fitting parts and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, and stock areas.
• General stocking and stock control including back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend solutions.
