Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Baytown, TX seeks a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned during deliveries. Daily duties include collecting credit accounts, upselling products, stocking and maintaining inventory, and assisting customers on parts selection.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Automotive parts experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services
