Job summary

Serac, a global leader in filling, capping, and packaging machinery, is hiring a Spare Parts Coordinator to keep our customers' production lines running.

You will process quotes, orders, and RMAs, source parts from drawings and specs, and coordinate with service and purchasing to speed machine-down repairs, while maintaining accurate domestic and international shipment records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in parts coordination, maintenance, repair, or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, or assembly drawings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and calm under deadline pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

What you'll do:

• Process customer quotes, orders, and RMAs from entry through delivery
• Source the right parts using drawings, schematics, and technical docs
• Partner with service and purchasing to expedite machine-down emergencies
• Follow up on open quotes and urgent shipments so nothing slips
• Keep order records clean for domestic and international shipments

What you bring:

• Technical aptitude, comfortable reading mechanical, pneumatic, or assembly drawings
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and calm under deadline pressure
• Solid Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• 3+ years in parts coordination, maintenance, repair, or a similar technical customer-facing role

Nice to have (not required):

• Packaging, filling, or capping equipment experience
• Bilingual Spanish or French (preferred not required)
• Established global OEM with a stable, growing US operation
• Hands-on technical work with direct customer impact
• Collaborative customer service and supply chain team

Some lifting up to 25 lbs and time in a climate-controlled warehouse required.
