Crown Equipment Corporation in Hicksville, NY is seeking a Parts Specialist to answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians, pull and stock parts, and develop relationships with Crown factories and outside vendors. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, strong communication and teamwork, and familiarity with inventory control.

• Pull orders, receive and put up stock.
• Order parts and develop relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors.
• Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support and by responding to customer concerns/requests.
• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers.
• Process paperwork.
• Inventory control to include cycle counts of stockroom, vans and customer consignments.

Competitive Wages. The anticipated starting pay range for the position is $25.00 to $28.00/hour, but is commensurate with skills and related experience,
