Russ Darrow Group is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to support daily dealership operations and outdoor vehicle care. You will help keep inventory clean, organized, and presentable while assisting multiple departments across the dealership.

Responsibilities include detailing vehicles, maintaining displays, moving cars safely, tagging inventory, and monitoring grounds. The role offers training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of new and used vehicle inventory, including interior and exterior detailing.
• Check and replenish vehicle fluids as needed and assist with basic vehicle upkeep.
• Organize and maintain vehicle lot displays in accordance with dealership standards.
• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the lot, showroom, and service areas as directed.
• Place buyer’s guides and stock tags in vehicles accurately.
• Keep dealership grounds clean and presentable, including sidewalks, driveways, and lot areas.
• Transport vehicles between service lanes, service stalls, and parking areas.
• Create and manage key tags for inventory vehicles.
